- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are extremely competitive with all, but what separates me from others is I do not charge extra for wire concealment. When it’s possible to conceal wires it should be included

I like to speak to the customer on a personal level to find out what exactly they are looking to accomplish.
