I love working w Sandra because she creates targeted customized workouts for your individual needs. We train for half hour sessions which go by quick and really tighten me up! She's taught me great, effective excercises that really get me in shape. Sandra is also a great person to be around!!!!

Sandra is awesome! She is a very knowledgeable and dedicated trainer. She pays attentions to your goals habits, metabolic type and phyiscal abilities. Sandra helped me have a different out look on health and fitness. I hate working out but I enjoy work Sandra gives. I see a difference already in my body. I highly recommend Sandra! Sandra is a real delight. We have been working together for about one month now and I already feel stronger and have put on muscle weight. I look forward to my work outs with Sandra as she really knows her stuff when it comes to fitness and nutrition. Also, she makes the work outs different every time so I do not get bored. She is very patient and will push you when you need it. At the same time, she is mindful of any prior injuries you may have had. I would recommend her to friends and family.
