Introduction: My services provide individual instruction to meet the specific needs and goals of the client. Much of my training has to do with spinal alignment and muscular balance in the body. This type of practice is proven to reduce chronic pain and repetitive strain due to past injuries. I use specific props in class that are engineered to give precise support and pressure to stiff areas so that the area can be 'felt' again. They have been designed to alleviate the tension in the body without disturbing balance and coordination. In the end this increases the mobility of specific body parts.
I enjoy seeing my private instruction creating vast improvement within my clients. When the people I work with gain self-confidence and comfort in their bodies, I take great pride to see that everything I was trained to do is successful and people walk away gaining a healthy habitual movement pattern to their lives.
