Basements: When renovating your basement, the first step is to remove your existing basement with a complete demolition. Followed by demolition our team will do the following: -Insulate the basement interior walls of the basement with fiberglass insulation -Sheetrock the basement interior walls and ceilings with green board moisture resistant sheetrock -Install new basement flooring (style chosen by the customer) -Install all new moldings, interior doors, and locks -Install new basement windows -Prepare the basement walls with tape, 3 coats of compound, polish and finish paint. ***Contractors are responsible for removal of all debris and will leave your basement in brand new condition Kitchens: The first thing we always do is ask the client, what would you like your new kitchen to look like? and what are you missing in your kitchen? Are you looking to remodel the kitchen cabinets, kitchen flooring, kitchen sinks, kitchen faucets or a whole new kitchen remodel design? Our goal is to design your dream kitchen to give you exactly what you have always wanted. The first step in remodeling a kitchen is a full demolition of the existing kitchen, down to the studs. The remodeling process will consist of the following steps: -Re-insulate any exterior walls -Install new sheetrock to be taped and compounded -Three coats of compound polished and ready for paint -Installation and leveling of new flooring Installation of your custom cabinetry which will include: all cabinets (top and bottom), crown moldings, granite or quartz custom countertops, new custom sinks and faucet, backsplash tiles with installation between the upper and lower cabinetry and finished paint. *****Contractors are responsible for removal of all debris and will leave your kitchen in brand new condition. Bathrooms: Our team specializes in creating custom bathrooms remodel ideas and designs to fit any clients wants and needs. We start by doing complete demolition of your existing bathroom, down to the studs on the wall to start on a clean slate. Previous systems will be replaced with new insulation for bathroom walls, wonder board in your tub area and green board sheetrock throughout the rest of the bathroom. All walls, ceilings, and floors are renovated to our customer's taste. The client will be able to choose from custom tile which our team will then install. All new fixtures will include bathroom tubs and/or bathroom shower, bathroom toilets, bathroom sinks, bathroom vanities, bathroom medicine cabinets, and more!
