I met with Brian from Triple H back in July when our system seemed to be runnning almost 24 hours a day. I did some research and Triple H had great reviews and feedback compared other area providers. The install was done on September 5th, the crew there was very neat and respectful of our home. As with any construction there were a few minor issues with the install that were noticed after the install crew had left. I called the main office to request to speak to Brian again and dispatcher took my info. The manager from the service department, Mike, called me back within 15 minutes. We discussed the issue and since there was nothing pressing had scheduled for someone to take a look in a few days. Mike came and took a look at the problem and the next day had a crew come and do the repair. I couldn't be any happier with how they handled this issue.As far as the insulation itself it is tough to determine as the weather isn't as hot as its was back in July by my system is now running for about 70% of the time. I am sure this is not only due to the weather cooling off but the overall efficiency of my home due to the insulation.I would highly recommend Triple H.

I recently was referred to Triple H as I needed my 1950's house insulated. To say I had drafts in the winter was an understatement. I had breezes. My wife and I are seniors and really do not want to keep putting up with that problem, especially since we have no intention of moving.I was presented with a fair price and accepted it. Triple H gave me a 3-day appointment about 6 weeks out. A few days before the appointed start date, they called and reminded me of the need for access to certain areas. I had made the appropriate arrangements within my house, which also gave me an opportunity to throw out some clutter. I was told that they would start between 8 and 9AM.On the start day, at 8AM they arrived and commenced work. They were very careful of my floors and everything around. For three days, they worked tediously and efficiently. I was briefed as to what they were going to do each step of the way.At the end of the three days, they completed the job. My house was left spotless, as if they were never there.I am very pleased at the professionalism and courtesy of the crew and the management team of Triple H Insulation. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services. I told the management that they can use me as a reference anytime.

We had a great experience with Triple H Insulation. Ryan showed up as scheduled and on time to walk through our attic and crawlspace. He created several difference scenarios for us to look at including blow-in insulation, foam spraying, and a combination of various options. Everything felt modern (including his use of his e-note pad) and I never felt like he was pushing me to something I didn't need. On the day our our insulation changes the crew that came led by Eduardo was really thoughtful and thorough with their work. They laid down mats to keep our floors clean, took down artwork from the walls to ensure no mishaps happened, and overall were just great at communicating and giving me updates on the process. The entire crew was incredibly friendly and you could see they all liked working with each other and the work itself.

The insulation in my attic needed some attention. Triple H Insulation had sent a sales rep named Ryan. He was very knowledgeable and offered multiple options to maximize the effectiveness of my attics insulation. When the crew arrived at my home they were punctual and very professional. Each worker was courteous and very respectful. When their work was done they cleaned up to the point that my home was cleaner than when they started. I would highly recommend Triple H Insulation.

We offer discounts and financing to help mostly any homeowner achieve energy efficiency and comfort in their homes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set an appointment, send an email with the a bio of the representative that will be arriving at your home, send a checklist so the representative knows beforehand what you are looking to do, confirm the appointment, arrive and do a comprehensive home evaluation. Provide a printed proposal during the visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a weatherization contractor, not simply an insulation company, there is a difference. Our company is a BPI (Building Performance Institute) Gold Star contractor and all of our representatives are BPI Certified. We are a PSEG (12 years) and National Grid preferred partner. We are the Only Dr. Energy Saver contractor on Long Island and we are all trained at Dr. Energy Saver Headquarters.
