Introduction: I always give 110%. I don't cut corners. I will fix anything that needs fixing even if it cost me money. ( I have only had two minor call backs in 46 years) I only do high end and I am knownii for the details I put into each and every piece build. Every client has to be 100% satisfied or I will make it right until they are, at any expense to myself. Being self employed gives me the freedom to create and design everything I build. A lot of satisfaction Is derived from that. Even more so when the clients are satisfied with my work.

Mr. Pratt was hired to assist us with demolishing and installing new cabinets. We have an old home and the kitchen cabinets were horrible. Mr. Pratt came in, assessed the situation, gave us lots of options and assisted us every step of the way. He was very fair and completed the job in an extremely timely manner. I would recommend Mr. Pratt to anyone looking to have cabinet work done.

Finish the product when promised. Not almost 2 months later. Don't keep making a delivery date and time unles you know 100% you can make it. To many excuses and cancellations for delivery when product wasn't even completed. Painting was not very good. Many areas where the finish isn't complete. I can see the wood through very thinly painted areas. I am happy with the design of the vanity and medicine cabinet. The shape wasn't the norm for a bathroom. He did a good job with the design. In customer service he lacks. Always an excuse to why it wasnt completed when promised. Yes in the end he might have gotten sick but if it was completed when promised it woUld have been done. One excuse was he had to help a friend with His cabinets. I'm your customer. My order should have come first especially if you were so far behind on completing my order. Always one excuse after another as to why it wasn't done. And to call and set up delivery and turn around few hours later saying sorry it's not done, why? To buy extra time??? It was not a good experience working with Michael. It was very stressful. .
