As the service manager for johnson electrical we have , and will continue to use william. When we send him job we know that it will be completed above the exspections.he has always done an out standing job. Leaves the job site in great condition. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive a new inquiry, I will reach out to the client in question (via phone) to discuss the project further. Depending on the details provided, an initial project estimate may be given. An onsite walkthrough will then be scheduled based on an agreed date and time. During this walkthrough, I will be taking measurements, adding further details to the original consultation, and finalizing any additional notes for an official project proposal. Afterwards, a contract will be sent over to the client that includes the official proposal outlining the details discussed during the consultation. The client will review that information provided, sign the documents, and schedule a date for the project to commence.
