1) Work quality- was very attentive. 2) Professionalism - very polite. 3) Responsiveness- answered request within one day and came to my house within two days. Performed the work within one week. It would have been earlier, but my schedule and the rain, we have to delay 3 days. 4)Value- We got top of the line NYSDOT top. We got the same material they use on local roads. 5) Punctuality- Started the job 15 minutes early.

Mike couldn't have made it easier for me. He responded right away on-line and said that it was possible for him to look at the job and give me a quote the next morning. He called about 9:30 AM the next morning, Friday. I told him basically what I wanted. He measured everything out and within 15 minutes gave me 2 quotes. The first was for what I said I thought it needed and told me that it would be sufficient to do it that way or secondly we could do a more complete job and retop the whole surface and gave me a very reasonable price for that. He told that it might be possible to do the job that afternoon, that he had some errands to run and another job to finish and would see how that worked time wise. He call approximately 2:30 PM and said he could be there within the hour, but rather than rush , he would prefer that he drop off some equipment and come first thing Monday and do the so there would be no rushing the job, if it was ok with me. They came Monday morning cut out a 3 foot strip that was crumbling, filled the bigger cracks with a latex and heat sealed them and then spread latex sealcoat over the whole driveway and down the walkway on the side of the house, all for a very reasonable price. Quick, efficient and cost effective for a very nicely done job, what more could you ask for? Thanks Mike

Block construction came over as scheduled; gave me a fair price and a detailed list of what they'd do to complete the job. The driveway was sealed and they did a great job. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend this contractor
