- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m willing to be flexible if you are - my preference is to stick to local ingredients which can cost more but supports our neighbors, but if you really want something that’s a budget breaker if locally sourced, let’s discuss options before saying no.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to chat about typical meals at home as well as when dining out, favorite things to eat as well as to make, and if they have a bucket list for foods! This helps paint a picture for me of what I SHOULD offer instead of just what I CAN offer.
