FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices may sometimes be on the higher side, but this is because so many times a job may be more dirty then expected and instead of pricing low and charging more as many do, I keep my pricing transparent for the customer so they know exactly what they are paying up front. And I also like to offer a $30 gift card to any customer who refers me to friends or family and I get the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start out by signing a contract via email. Get customer booked in. Show up to job, do the services as described in contract and to customers satisfaction, then clean up, which in this time we get paid by customer, and then we leave job looking just like when we showed up. Stress free for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have had over 17 years in construction and part of this is dealing with power & soft washing.
