FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing honest and transparent. There is a $50 diagnostic fee for service calls, which covers a proper assessment of the issue so I can give you the most accurate solution. After diagnosing the problem, I provide clear upfront pricing before any work begins—no hidden fees or surprises. I focus on delivering quality work that lasts, so while I may not always be the cheapest, I make sure the job is done right the first time. For larger projects, I can work with customers on fair pricing and options that fit their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the customer’s issue or project details. Then I schedule a visit — there is a $50 diagnostic fee to properly assess the situation. Once I see the job in person, I explain the problem, go over the best solution, and provide a clear price. If the customer moves forward, I complete the work efficiently and make sure everything is tested and working properly before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience in the field, working on a wide range of plumbing and heating systems including boilers, water heaters, drain systems, and full home installations. I stay up to date with current codes, installation methods, and equipment like Navien systems to make sure every job is done safely and professionally.
