Took precautionary measures that may have saved thousands of dollars. Arrived when most needed just in time. Would definitely recommend for plumbing jobs.
Tenant texted me at 12:30pm informing me his toilet would not flush/drain. Tenant tried plunger & auger to no avail. I sent a request to Ahvee via Thumbtack at 1:30. Ahvee contacted me at 2:30 and met me at the rental unit at 3:00. By 3:45 the clog was gone.
Couldn't ask for quicker or better service! Ahvee was amazing! Would highly recommend and will definitely keep him on my calll list for future work.

I keep my pricing honest and transparent. There is a $50 diagnostic fee for service calls, which covers a proper assessment of the issue so I can give you the most accurate solution.
After diagnosing the problem, I provide clear upfront pricing before any work begins—no hidden fees or surprises. I focus on delivering quality work that lasts, so while I may not always be the cheapest, I make sure the job is done right the first time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the customer’s issue or project details. Then I schedule a visit — there is a $50 diagnostic fee to properly assess the situation.
Once I see the job in person, I explain the problem, go over the best solution, and provide a clear price. If the customer moves forward, I complete the work efficiently and make sure everything is tested and working properly before leaving.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience in the field, working on a wide range of plumbing and heating systems including boilers, water heaters, drain systems, and full home installations.
