In 2006, Carrie Noll and Brian H. Breedlove represented a catastrophically injured motorcyclist in a case against UPS that arose from a motorcycle/truck collision and involved the dominant arm's traumatic amputation. After a long trial, the jury gave a verdict in our client's favor in excess of $11 million dollars. This verdict is the highest one in the history of Warren County, New York in an accident case. It is thought to be upstate New York's highest motorcycle injury verdict. In the fall of 2010, in another motorcycle case, a jury awarded $630,000 to our injured client.
