Dan did an excellent job installing an alcove tub and surround for us, as well as a new bathroom vanity. Answered all questions quickly and worked with us on scheduling. Did all the work himself. Cost of services came in right at what he quoted. Good with dogs and kids. There were no unpleasant surprises with Dan. What he quoted and committed to was what we got and we definitely appreciated that as it was our first time working with a contractor.

Dan arrived on time and worked very hard completing the work we hired him to do. We had quite an amount of moss that had accumulated on our roof due to the overhanging trees. He power washed it and cleaned our gutters. It looked amazing when he was done. He charged a fair price. He came back a couple days later to cover a few holes he discovered in the shingles. We highly recommend him.

Dan Martin completed the following work for my home: new roof and gutters, new front porch, installed new front door and windows and completely remodeled 2 bathrooms including tiling the floors, tiling walk-in shower with glass door and tiling tub surround. The bathrooms were original job and he did such a great job, we had and will continue to have him do more work. Dan is meticulous with all his work, very accommodating and the results have been fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend him for any interior or exterior home repairs. And he is very pleasant to everyone!

Repair of 2 different interior ceiling areas damaged as a result of leaking around chimney, and an outdoor faucet.
Mr. Martin arrived on schedule, discussed his plan of repair with me and proceded to initiate each process accordingly. Worked quietly and efficiently. Day 1 was mostly prepping, Day 2 was repair, including matching painting to existing area. Completed the jobs, cleaned up the areas, and we reviewed again what was done. I found the workmanship to be of high quality. Price quoted was fair. Would hire him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All depends on the Job. Roofs can range from 300-500 a square. Difficulty, height, pitch, roof build up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We evaluate the situation and come up with a game plan so it's not a burden to the customer. A bathroom for example. If its a complete remodel then you want to make sure the customer normal daily routine is not hindered to much. Try if applicable to accommodate. Temporary toilet if there is only one bathroom.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my schooling is Art related. Commercial illustration and fine art which helps with color scheme.
