- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All depends on the Job. Roofs can range from 300-500 a square. Difficulty, height, pitch, roof build up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We evaluate the situation and come up with a game plan so it's not a burden to the customer. A bathroom for example. If its a complete remodel then you want to make sure the customer normal daily routine is not hindered to much. Try if applicable to accommodate. Temporary toilet if there is only one bathroom.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my schooling is Art related. Commercial illustration and fine art which helps with color scheme.
