I have a management degree from Johnson and wales university. I am a NYS licensed real estate Agent.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have been managing properties for people all over the world that own properties in the capital district since 1996. Our management team of 25 employees have been managing proprieties from single family’s to 80 unit complexes for 24 years
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently took 100k sqft building at 99 pine and converted 60k sqft into 42 high end Residential rentals that we leased up in 4 months.
