Very impressed with the level of professionalism in working with me. I hired Jamal to photograph a rental property for listing and LOVE how the photos turned out. The skills he used in selecting the best lighting and angles were perfect and really highlighted the space's characteristics.

Devote media nailed this photoshoot. Lately, my confidence has been scarse, but Sirena and Jamal made me feel comfortable. They helped pick the perfect location and made the vision come to life. Jamal was very professional, creative and his quality of work was beyond anything i ever imagined! He made us feel very comfortable and he captured everything and more! I price modestly. My overall goal is to deliver high-quality photos and videos at an attainable price for commercial, formal, and personal engagements.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Provide a comprehensive project overview, detailing location, date, and time of the video shoot, event type, videographer duration, video length, intended platforms for sharing (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), and any specific shoot instructions or preferences. Also, mention availability for a discussion call.
2. Conduct a phone conversation to confirm the order.
3. Provide a video estimate.
4. Arrange to meet at the agreed location, date, and time for the shoot.
5. Perform post-video editing.
6. Deliver video files via email or YouTube link. Larger files may require mailing or flash drive pickup, with additional charges for shipping and equipment.
7. Close the project upon completion.
