Keith is amazing. He explains everything thoroughly, he is extremely responsive and eases your worries. He also gives a lot of advice to help prevent water and mold damage in the future. If you’re considering Bio-1, you won’t regret going with them!

We try to be fair in our pricing. We keep our overhead low to be able to stay very competitive. We give discounts for active/former Military, Law Enforcement and Seniors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, we discuss the situation and possible remedies, we then schedule an appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have nearly 50 years of experience in Construction and the Biohazard trades. High tech and low tech. I am constantly looking for new systems, procedures and products and comparing them to what I'm doing now to continue to be at the top of my game.
