What typically takes most people 6-8 hours of exercise a week to achieve we get for our clients in just 60-90 minutes each week. This allows them to dedicate more time to their family, work, and friends without sacrificing their fitness. The most exciting thing about working as a personal trainer is watching someone evolve both physically and mentally as a result of you pushing their limits during each workout.
