James was excellent. Hired him to fix a sound issue with our tv and to run some cable. He did that and also installed something additional for us! Can’t say good enough things!

What a great experience. James was very professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He installed our Frame TV on a brick structure. This required great skill. He patiently set up all of our components and explained everything in detail. He even left us written instructions on how everything was set up. Needed to lower existing wall mount above fireplace and hide the wires that the previous installer didn’t do. TV is now in the right place for viewing, wires are hidden and Jim installed a sound bar that I purchased from him. Very pleased.

Jim was very knowledgeable. He checked out our stereo system with wires strewn all over the place- made excellent suggestions and followed through on his plan. He setup our new stereo with connections to speakers, our TV and CD player. He was able to make sense out of the topsy turvy situation when he came to visit on a Sunday morning- which was perfect for mmy wife and me.
