- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally have lower prices than most services and we give a lot of credits and discounts that our competitors don't. For example, sometimes customers have a tape with only 5 minutes on it. We will transfer it to DVD at a discount of 25% to 100%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk or email the whole process and make sure our customer knows exactly what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being in the business world for over 30 taught me customer service is the number one priority.
