Peter was available promptly which I appreciated. He is clearly experienced and competent, personable and open to answering any questions asked of him. Charges were reasonable. I'd call again when (if) the need arises.

Peter arrived on time and went straight to work on my problem. He spent roughly 3 hours diagnosing my computer problem. He cleaned up some files I had missed and ran diagnostics. He also physically cleaned the USB ports. The USB's are running better but one or two may have to be replaced and he is looking to see if that can be accomplished on this old HP ALL-IN-ONE.

Peter has good knowledge and catches on fast. We engaged him to provide troubleshooting for our installation of PCs in a movie theatre projection booth. He has already assisted us by troubleshooting several of these.
