Urban NYC Builders did an amazing job with my 10x10 concrete slab and paver border. They were very professional and responsive to answering any questions I had. They took their time with the job and it’s exceptionally neat. I would recommend anyone to hire U.N.B. I am attaching a photo, although it’s not completely dried or ready. I hired them in Sept 2021 to pave the sidewalk and walkway in front of my house. Although they were courteous and completed the job in a timely manner, it was quickly apparent that the job was poorly done. That first snow my sidewalk began to show cracks and crumbling spots. I reached out to Sam who said it was from salt use. Low salt use should not have the effect that it did on my sidewalk. I have families/ friends with sidewalks they haven’t paved in years and there is no salt damage. Think of how hardened icing cracks on a baked good. That’s how the sidewalk is crumbling. I reached out to Sam who said he would check it out and never got a reply. Photos are attached of some spots. Again for a sidewalk that isn’t even 3 years old, this is incredibly disappointing as it continues to worsen.

Sam was very professional and responded very quickly to my request. Sam took the time to make sure he knew what materials to purchase for my project.
