Did a reroofing with Julio in late October and then requested his service again to enlarge the roof over our large front window in November. Went through 6 contractors overall before choosing Julio. Jb & Jb stood out with his earnestness and knowledge on our home. We have a flat roof that was gutted down and replaced. Beams were not replaced. Julio works alongside the project which is refreshing and a personal preference of mine. Definitely recommend reaching out to them for projects.

I needed old carpeting removed from my apartment. I called Julio, and very quickly he came to my apartment to give me a quote. He was able to do the job right away. GREAT JOB! He left the floor clean and without any staples or nails left behind. He was friendly, efficient, and was reasonable with the price. Julio and his helper did a first rate job, and i would recommend him for any job you may need.

They removed the edge of the roof or soffit which was full of carpenter bees. Owner was very responsive and punctual. I am yet to use their help on bigger job but I was happy with the first job. We had to cancel first appointment due to weather condition and rescheduled it to 2 days later. However, It rained on the day as well but I am glad they finished the work despite weather condition.

We have prices where we include the material that is being used or the customer can buy the materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a day where I can see the job and I give them an estimate. I will send a proposal of the work being done and the price. After this I start on the job with a deposit and at the end the customer can pay the rest.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a lot of courses for the work I do. I have licenses if customer needs proof.
