I'm giving them 2 stars because they were polite and respectful with following covid-19 guidelines, but they did a horrible job with the installation of my interior barn door. They claimed to have installed barn doors for other customers so I hired them. They came unprepared with the tools needed for the job and borrowed ours. They Measured the door way height incorrectly and sawed 2" off the bottom of the barn door, Not realizing he also took off the track on the bottom of the door. He then realized the measurements were off when he actually hung the door. It was too short. He put numerous unnecessary holes in the drywall and didn't level the track for the door. I did have to purchase another door for 180$. To their credit They did apologize for not doing a good job, but kept the 150$ and have ignored my requests for at least half back. I thought it was a fair request. I should have asked for all of it back. Lesson learned!

Everything completed was approved from your husband who also assisted in the project. The lack of instructions & misguidance didn’t help, the work completed was once again all approved & even recommended. An As Far As Tools Go You Usually Dont Require A Saw For Door Installation But We’ve Added One To The Car. We apologize for the inconvenience
