Finally we got to the bottom of basement water. Ever since we purchased our house in Flatbush, Brooklyn we were getting water from the basement wall and under the ground. We tried several options, but the problem would come back. Worked with Mike from rainking waterproofing corp and they were able to pinpoint all of the problems with our basement. Professional waterproofing company, honest and excellent customer service. One more thing, we had to wait a week for an appointment but it was worth it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. WARNING. THEY ARE DISHONEST. The “owner” named Mike (either Welsh or Irish person) refused to give me an up front price; stated that he was going to do an estimate with a machine on today and work would begin tomorrow. Showed up today said his phone was not working properly and said he was sending a guy to measure. I said I would wait (took off from work). Only to have him come with a Hispanic gentleman and a long pole with roller stating that he is weather proofing my house with Home Depot concrete dealer.
When I asked him to stop until he had the correct material namely the weather proofing paint; a scaffold for the single painter who was rolling a three story building in the sun by himself he then told me he was giving me back my check (only gave a $100) deposit and demanded I pay for the 5 gallon bucket. I told him I was not paying for anything and to please leave. Instead, he rang my bell incessantly and pounded my front door until I called the police. This person tried to take me for a ride. Very dishonest. Please take them off of thumbtack. Stay away from this company folx.

You are very dishonest person I explain to you what I was doing at the very start It costs $3000 to waterproof the whole exterior house.
to repair the concrete on the pathway On the morning of the job you wanted to use a different material from the outside of the house a waterproof and painted material I explained that's not a problem but it's not the same price it's different material different cost I explained we did not need scaffolding for the whole side and the back of the house it was not necessary or are only rolling on waterproof and liquid material You want you too much done for the price I spent it was not possible and I gave you back your check of $100 This week and I would live the lost with material that I used I hope you get everything you want done on your property for the price that you are looking to spend but I can only apologize it was not possible for me to do it and it has made you upset but I wish you all the best I'm not taking any money from you and
