- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is always as fair and reasonable as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having a conversation to understand the customers needs. Then coming up with a plan of action. If the customer doesn't particularly have a vision then myself and my team will create an idea based off our conversation and my own "homework". We'll then work together in finalizing what the project will be. Whether it' Filming and Post work or one or the other, communication in planning and scheduling are very important and I want the experience to be as pleasant as possible so I'll work diligently to that end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in television as a camera operator and then an editor. I work as part of a production team on a production truck as Director. My team and I have over a decade of production experience among us in TV, Film, Documentary, Promotional/Commercial Videos, Motion Graphics, Interviews and Event Videography
