Had Black-Ops Mechanical out to my house in Staten Island to look over the heatingsystem before the colder weather really sets in. I mostly wanted some peace of mind because the system is getting older and I didnt want to wait until it stopped working completely. They went through everything, pointed out a couple of things to keep an eye on, and handled the maintenance without trying to sell me on anything I didnt need. Very easy company to deal with and I appreciated how straightforward they were. Ill definitely be calling them again if I ever need a heatingrepair or eventually have to replace the system.

Ive dealt with enough contractors over the years to know when someone is actually trying to help versus just trying to sell you something. Black-Ops Mechanical came out to my Staten Island home for a heating issue, figured out what was wrong, and explained it without all the technical nonsense. They got the heat working again and gave me a few tips on heatingmaintenance so I can hopefully avoid another problem this winter. Id have no problem calling them again for a repair or even a full heating installation down the road. Good people, fair communication, and solid work.

I had a few concerns going into it because Ive dealt with contractors before who immediately try to turn a repair into a full replacement.That wasnt the case here.
