FAQs
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
An effective job search is about far more than having a "great" resume. I encourage job seekers to work with a career coach or other professional who will not only write or revamp the resume, but also get to know the client, his or her work history (and accomplishments therein), and where he or she would like to go next. A resume writer can provide a pristine resume, but it might not necessarily be "right" for you. Your resume should be targeted to your career field of interest and present your transferable skills effectively. Keep in mind that your resume may need to be tweaked more than once for the varied job applications that you'll be applying to, paying careful attention to the needs of the hiring company and how you meet or exceed them.
