Sam & his team did great work. We wanted a closet built in open space in our master bedroom. He provided an estimate quickly & thoroughly. He started the job quickly & finished within the estimated timeframes. They were careful to cover mostly everything in the areas they were working and the mess was limited. The closet itself appears to be apart of the existing room and is seamless. Price was very reasonable and fair. Would definitely use again when needed & recommend his services.

I got the basement flooded from any heavy rains. I got an estimate from another contractor costs around 18k. Then called Samar who showed up and told me we can do it another way. Cost effectively and for sure no more flood. I did agree with not sure about the results but Samar was total confident and had been calling me every time for almost a year now checking on me. NO LEAKS NO FLOOD NO MORE WATER COMING TO MY BASEMENT with only $1400

Very pleased with 3GS! Sam is honest and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend! We had a mysterious leak in our home that other contractors could not figure out where it was coming from. Sam and his crew were able to identify where the leak was coming from in a matter of minutes and gave us multiple solutions to correct the issue. Thank you Sam!
