They explain the work well and were interested with the long term results of the work. I had masonry work and the challenge was that the bricks were discontinued. They knew where to find a close match and they blended the new bricks seamlessly.

These guys are amazing! They have done work all over the neighborhood and lifted the aesthetic of brickwork all over the block. I spoke with the owner in depth and he is super friendly and I can imagine would be an absolute pleasure to work with. I noticed they also make sure their worksite is clean and all the workers are very respectful as well. :)

We recently hired A & U Contractors to perform silicone waterproofing for our entire condo building. From the start, their team was extremely professional and thorough. They took the time to clearly explain each step of the process and patiently answered all questions from our condo shareholders. The quality of their work and attention to detail were excellent, and they completed the project efficiently and on schedule.We are very pleased with the results and will definitely be using A & U Contractors again for future repairs, brickwork, and other building maintenance needs.
