We also offer military and senior discounts as well as occasional promotional rates. Emergency services may have a small after-hours fee, but transparency is always our priority.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we start by gathering the details of the issue (car lockout, home lock rekey, etc.). Then, we give a clear quote and estimated arrival time. Our technician arrives promptly, confirms the price, and completes the job efficiently. We finish with a quick walk-through and ensure full satisfaction before wrapping up.

All of our locksmiths at A Lenny Locksmith are formally trained, certified, and stay current with the latest automotive and security technology. We undergo ongoing training to stay updated on key programming systems, smart locks, ignition repair, and new lock hardware. We pride ourselves on continuing education to better serve our clients.
