- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates from A & A Mobile Notary Services, are based on Document type, how many Signatures are needed, Mileage to destination and any additional services required by the Client. Examples are, FedEx Drop off, Traveling to third party locations and or if Witnesses are to be provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we take on a new Client, for starters; we like to thank them for reaching out! Your time is precious and because you chose A & A Mobile Notary Services, we want you to know and understand that we believe time is something you can never get back! Secondly, We express our availability and willingness to know if it coincides with your availability. Lastly, what type of documents need to be notarized, so both the client as well as myself can be prepared upon my arrival.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Managerial experience at a Fortune 500 company as well as Notary experience. Also with the understanding of how the market changes and the willingness to adapt, learn, and self educate!
