Introduction: Often enough in today’s fitness world I see many trainers who either do not know what they are doing, or do not care enough to actually help their clients. Often enough I see people get frustrated reaching their fitness goals, and a big factor is the fact that their trainer does not know or care about what they are doing. I hired Laith for nutritional advice. I had a very difficult time losing a couple pounds. When I first started with him I weighed in at 166, after emulating his meal plans I was able to go to 156 pounds in a 4 week time span. Laith gave me great advice on my calorie intake, counting Marcos and what to eat. I was finally able to achieve my ideal body weight. I would I highly recommend Laith if you want to achieve your fitness goals.

Where do I begin? Laith is truly passionate about guiding others in regards to fitness and nutrition. You will not find someone as educated yet open-minded about training styles and variability, that also provides top tier nutritional advice down to the last calorie. Laith has taken his time to write out extensive meal plans and workout routines that cater to my lifestyle, that often changes every week, and he is always responsive when I have a question in regards to training or eating for that specific moment. I recommend Laith to anyone who is trying to further their education on training, eating, and the lifestyle of being fit.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Signing up for multiple months can get you a discount compared to the month to month payment. Although my services take a lot of time, I am also up for any negotiations or offers.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. Asses where you are at fitness wise 2. Asses where you want to be from where you currently are 3. Figure out any medical conditions 4. Figure out what exercises you can and cannot do 5. Figure out what food you enjoy to eat 6. Make your diet/workout and cardio plan 7. Have daily/weekly check-ins (whatever you prefer)

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a certified personal trainer under ISSA, and I have been doing this kind of work for 4 years. I have been learning how to properly build muscle, and how to properly lose fat, and properly diet for a long time through research and trial and error.
