Introduction: I am a seasoned facilitator of group processes including strategic planning facilitation, teambuilding, organizational development and change, leadership development and coaching, and facilitator training. I have been consulting since 1993 and have served hundreds of satisfied clients such as corporate, small business, government, and non-profit. I have international experience in working with high-stakes conflict situations. Each process I deliver is custom designed to meet the client's desired outcomes. My processes are participatory, high in communication and dialogue, yet structured to reach consensus around specific goals.
