Step 1: Initial Inquiry Customer reaches out via phone, email, or thumbtack. We respond promptly to set up a convenient time to discuss their project. Step 2: Discovery Conversation During a friendly chat, we listen carefully to understand the customer's needs, preferences, and budget. We answer any questions they may have about tile work and our services. Step 3: In-Home Consultation (Optional) We schedule a visit to the customer's home or project site to assess the space and take necessary measurements. This allows us to provide more accurate advice and suggestions tailored to their specific situation. Step 4: Design and Selection Based on the consultation, we offer design ideas and help the customer select the perfect materials and patterns for their project. We can provide samples or digital previews to help visualize the end result. Step 5: Detailed Quote We present a comprehensive quote that outlines the scope of work, the materials needed, and the pricing options for different levels of intricacy. We ensure the customer understands what they're getting and at what price, with no hidden costs. Step 6: Scheduling the Job Once the customer is happy to proceed, we schedule the work at a time that's convenient for them. We communicate clearly about start dates, project duration, and any preparation needed from their side. Step 7: Getting to Work Our skilled team arrives on time, ready to execute the job with professionalism and attention to detail. We maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the project. Step 8: Regular Updates The customer is kept in the loop with regular progress updates. We remain open to feedback and any adjustments along the way. Step 9: Final Walk-Through Upon completion, we conduct a thorough walk-through with the customer to ensure their complete satisfaction. We explain how to care for their new tile work to ensure longevity. Step 10: Follow-Up After the job is done, we reach out to the customer to ensure they’re still happy with the work. We remind them that we're just a call away for any future needs or questions.
