- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair. I'm always looking to get the most for my money, and I pass that on to my clients. First time clients get a 10% discount via a waived admin fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Same process as working with repeat customers: we book you for an on-site walkthrough or service call to assess the scope of work, take measurements and pics, and discuss the details as well as your expectations. I send out all estimates within 3-5 business days, as well as work as closely as needed to ensure the client is making well-informed decisions that are in their best interest. For all first time clients I offer a 10% discount (via waived admin), as a way to say thank you for the opportunity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from a trade school/apprenticeship program in 2012, and have been actively working steady since 2005 in all forms of carpentry and painting. Certified in carpentry from foundation to finish. I'm a Golden Hammer Award winner.
