- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use the industry standard pricing that is mandatory for our services. We work closely with adjustors to ensure that your loss is handled expertly and to your best interest. We will advocate for you on behalf of your insurance company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We qualify the loss to see if it makes sense for the client to put in an insurance claim. Once we determine insurance coverage we work within the guidelines of the insurance industry, that said we always look out for the clients best interest. Please note that the insurance company can't force you to use their "National Vendor" you have many GREAT local choices, Property Restoration, Inc. for example.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Water, Mold and Bio certified we have all the credentials necessary and mandatory to perform a Water, Fire, Mold and Bio damage clean-up.
