Introduction: Maximizing the owner's income and shouldering the owner's stress is our purpose as property managers. 1 to 4-unit residential properties is our niche, and in this paradigm, we know that the rest will follow when we put the investor's needs first. At Mel & Jay Management, everything is single-mindedly pointed at that goal. Beginning in the spring of 2005, Mel & Jay Management, LLC (MJM), a family business, has been engaging in full-service income property management that is responsible to dozens of owners and investors. We currently manage roughly 100 living units. To achieve our purpose, we are philosophically committed to create a balance in a mutually beneficial synergy between tenants, neighborhoods and investors.
