- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give exact price quotes and dont add extra charges unless the customer wants to add additional work that I will put on a addendum to contract. I accept checks and cash as forms of payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I come out to look at the home improvement project, discuss the size and scope of job, discuss all details about what the homeowner wants. 2nd I drop off, email or text the homeowner an exact price qoute( there is no charge for any estimates and quotes). Next if acceptable to homeowners I come out and we sign an agreement with total cost of project and scope of work deposits and balance upon completion of work and set an estimated start and completion date. When working on project we set a time to start in the morning and work an 8hr day with clean up at the end of each day. lastly after completion of work customers satisfaction of project and final payment
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm 2nd generation contractor and I've been trained since I was a teenager in all aspects of construction.
