FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always a hot issue with clients, My basic charge is $300 this is for a complete home inspection (safety and structure) with a report e mailed to client. The on site part takes about 3hours (I take about a hundred pictures) I like to meet the client before hand or at least talk to them by phone and I spend over an hour in the office going thru the picture and writing the report . I do offer additional services (radon, water quality and well flow testing)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet or talk to the client before to discuss their needs and concerns and explain how I can help them with their purchase, and go over my findings after, I encourage all clients to be at the inspection
