Dorzhi arrived when promised and even tried to work in a heavy rainstorm! He was reliable and quick to respond to messages and polite. The guys he brought to help build you could tell were not as experienced. I found a lot of extra parts & screws, and we had a couple of issues with the finished product. But Dorzhi drove 2 hrs to fix it and was apologetic. I would hire him again because he's honest and reliable and gets the job done fast! But I would make sure everything was done right by his crew throughout the process. 2 things i would mention that we would make sure to let Dorzhi know next time: #1- to be more careful when hammering or screwing in. We have several noticeable dents, nicks, and chips in our cedar, exposing bare wood under the stain in areas where wood is seen and on the posts. It makes the brand new gazebo look used and damaged. I think it was the guys he hired to help, not Dorzhi himself. He couldn't be everywhere at once, so maybe he didn't know his associates made mistakes. I want to give the benefit of the doubt. And #2- We didn't appreciate the guys stopping to Vape regularly while working. We do not like smoking at all on premises, and probably most other homeowners would not appreciate it on the job as well. Also, cleanup of materials could have been neater than leaving everything on the ground piled up, including extra parts thrown with the trash as well as their empty bottles However, We had them put two 12 x12 yardistry gazebos on my patio, and he had them both finished in I day! So far, they are holding up well and look nice overall. I will be using him again because, bottom line He is a hard worker, fast at building a gazebo, reliable and very reasonable in prices.

We purchased a yardistry 10x12 wooden gazebo from Costco - Dorzhi was able to coordinate the installation date based on the delivery date for me. He arrived with his partner and quickly got to work. They completed the install within 6 hours - and he anchored the structure for a small additional fee. Overall, great job.

Dorzhi and his helper showed up on time, and discussed the details of the project with me before even opening the first box. He has CLEARLY assembled several gazebos, because they laid everything out, and had the frame standing in under 2 hours! The structure was complete in under 9 hours (including lunch break!). He even had anchors for us that shockingly didn't come with the gazebo! The quality of work is incredible, and everything is solid. I'd definitely recommend him! Quality work and a great value!
