FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually whenever you price a job you have to factor in how hard the digging will be if the fence line has a bunch of trees in the way or concrete or anything that will make the labor more intense. Then you get an accurate measurement of the fence so you can price out the materials exactly right. Then you would normally double it to get your total. But I price the job on how long it would actually take me and since I'm a little faster then most I charge by the day and it comes out to be a lot cheaper then anyone else.
