Darien inspected parts of the house (that I asked him to inspect). I was able to make an appointment with him without a delay and he arrived right on time. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He addressed my concerns and gave helpful suggestions. In fact, he did more that I was expecting. I would recommend Darien without hesitation.

I would give Darien 7 stars if the system would let me! Darien is the consummate professional. He was very quick to respond to any questions and showed up exactly when he said he would. He spent all the time that was needed and answered all of my hundred questions with patience and knowledge. He had his report sent to me less than 34 hours after the inspection. I feel much better about our home purchase knowing that I am aware of all the good things as well as the items that need to be repaired with our home purchase. To start with, Darien was responsive and accommodating. His work was thorough, he pointed out things that I’d never see in a home; he didn’t miss a beat. His write-up and report were extensive and he included explanaciones and photos of all of his findings. I would recommend NSD Home Inspection to anyone trying to find the true value (or lack thereof) of a potential home.
