- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is set with affordability in mind. We believe that good service need not cost a fortune but should be fair for both parties. Fees are negotiable if the scope of work changes or only partial work is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Research, research, and research. Before we take on a client, we first investigate whether our expertise is sufficient for the client needs. We spend substantial amount of time in understanding clients' problems and present possible solutions. Sometimes the answers can be hard to hear but we believe in honesty and transparency first and foremost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has an MS in Accountancy from City University of New York (CUNY) and is a CPA based out of Long Island, NY. Staff members are accountants, project managers, or administrators that put clients first.
