I had a problem with an old circuit breaker panel, which had partially blown after a recent surge in the local transformer. The blown breakers left 4 of my outlets without power. Tech Electric sent over a senior electrician with a younger assistant. They opened up the panel, checked the power in every breaker, identified the problem and repaired it.
