- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss the event type and size over the phone or through video chat to get a better understanding of the layout. After the initial call, our team scouts the presumed event location via satellite view to prepare our valet operations. After all our procedures, we send the customer a detailed invoice along with a contract to finalize our services.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Customers should figure out the size of their event, the parking location of the event (parking lot, parking garage, etc) and how long their event will last. This will give your valet team a scope of what is necessary for your event in order to provide their service efficiently.
