Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We are very detailed in all things we do. We cut flowerbed edges by hand with a edging shovel rather than use an edger, because it makes a much nicer, more precise edge. This is just an example, as we do alot of hand work, which helps keep everything nice and neat. I like being outside, and meeting new people. There are so many stories you hear from all different people. It's really interesting, and you learn a whole lot of different things.

This company is very unprofessional. They started building my new deck and that first day asked me for cash instead of a check, they were nice so i agreed but it was sat afternoon and i couldnt get the cash till monday. I did not know this would put off them working since they are the ones who asked me for cash at the last minute, and at this point all they did was put one concrete post in (not even in correct place) and made excuses to why they couldn't work till monday again. Finally they were starting to work and i still havent received a contract. They said they would have my new done in a certain tine limit but wouldnt put that in the contract. I told them im not signing a contract if they cant put jn what was agreed to so they had no choice to back out and leave me in a very bad place. And remember now i have thos concrete post that is not needed in the middle of ny back yard. Dont hire Arron and his guys. You will regret it, i did

A+ Mowing & Landscaping's reply
I think Patricia and Kim are very nice people, and its unfortunate that we had to walk away. They had gotten taken advantage of by a previous contractor, and I can sympathize with that. I told them upfront, due to their timeline, we would have to "fit them in" which means nights and weekends. They were fine with that initially, then had a problem with it. We gave them estimates for a variaty of porch sizes, and features, that is why we didn't sign a contract. I'm assuming the porch that did get built was a different size than we had started, which explains why our sonatube was "off". We walked away when I realized 15 to 20 texts per day was gonna be an issue, as we do many Jobs for many people, and I felt we wouldn't end up with a happy result. It's okay for customers to be unsure of what they want, but when someone needs something done asap, I would like to come to an agreement before signing a contract. Again, it's unfortunate how this job played out, because they are good people. I just want ready to rush someone into something they weren't sure about.
