Lights were hung correctly although he was supposed to come back to finish up a few minor things but never did even though when I contacted him he said he would but then never showed up.

First I must clarify that I am not rating quality of work, but professionalism. We hired Lawn Works so a realtor could show a property we weren't living in. I said it wasn't urgent, but needed it by Saturday AM. Realtor called to inform us it was not done. When I followed up with Lawn Works he informed me that he had mechanical issues. A professional would have given us a phone call. I'm 0 for 2 with thumbtack. :(
