Hired him to do a kitchen backslash.His work was nice. Very prompt and responsive. Could be a lot more professional with very little effort.. I didn't see any protection on my countertop or lower cabinets as he worked. All his tile cuts were outside where I have crushed redstone. Left a mess of bits of porcelain all over where he cut. I walk barefoot on my property and slivers of porcelain tile can cut you like a razor.could very easily have just cut over a dropcloth that could contain the mess.
