- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services depend on the size of dog, and socialization skills. I do not sit aggressive dogs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a phone screen, then a meet & greet. If we agree on the services, I give them a contract with prices and rules. Contract must be returned within 24 hours, with vaccination information, Vet information and proof of flea & tick prevention.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a college graduate in organizational management. I've been Pet CPR trained I am going to training to make my pets service animals
